How it works

Citizen Hangar Market is a human-moderated escrow service for trading giftable Star Citizen items. We do not touch your RSI account.

1. Sellers apply. We verify identity and RSI handle manually before any listing goes live.
2. Listings get reviewed. Every listing requires a screenshot proof from the RSI hangar. Our team approves or rejects each one.
3. Buyers pay via PIX. Funds are held in escrow by us — the seller does not receive anything yet.
4. Seller gifts manually. The seller goes to RSI's gift page and sends the item to the email you provided. They upload the confirmation screenshot.
5. You confirm. Once the gift arrives in your RSI account, click "Confirm receipt".
6. We release payment. The seller is paid out, minus our commission. If anything's wrong, you can open a dispute and we'll review it manually.
